摘要
为研究分析流域水利工程群协同调控的雨洪资源利用效益,以泗河流域为研究对象,统筹水库、闸、坝、河渠、地下水回灌区等点线面水利要素,集成水库、闸坝调控技术,构建流域雨洪调控模型,对15年流域雨洪调控利用情况进行情景模拟研究,结果表明,复合调控情景比常规调控情景出口雨洪弃水减少7.4%,流域雨洪蓄渗利用量年均增加2460.9万m^3,且河道流量更趋于均匀,河道生态得到明显改善,兖州地下水漏斗区年均多调引洪水资源1996.3万m^3,比常规调控情景增加34%,流域雨洪资源利用效益显著。研究可为流域雨洪资源利用实践提供理论和技术借鉴。
In order to study and analyze the utilization efficiency of rain-flood resources under the coordinated regulation of water conservancy project groups in the river basin,the Sihe river basin is taken as the research object.Considering the water conservancy projects such as reservoirs,sluices,dams,canals and groundwater return irrigation areas and integrating the control technology of reservoirs and sluices,the rain-flood control and utilization model is constructed.The model is used to simulate the situation of rain-flood resources control and utilization in 15 years.The results show that the combined control scenario reduces the discharge of rain-flood by 7.4%compared with the conventional control scenario,and the annual average amount of rain-flood storage and utilization in the river basin increases by 24.609 million m^3.Moreover,the river ecology is significantly improved and the diversion flood resources of Yanzhou groundwater funnel area increased by 19.963 million m^3,34%more than that of the conventional control scenario.The utilization efficiency of rain-flood resources is significant.The study can provide theoretical and technical reference for the practice of rain-flood resources utilization in the basin.
