海水抽水蓄能电站下库围护结构布置

摘要 海水抽水蓄能电站利用海水作为介质,不需要专门修筑下水库,可以降低工程费用与运行成本,在沿海地区具有广阔的发展前景。海洋环境与河流、湖泊相比更加复杂,电站运行时下水库尾水口将直接面对台风、潮汐、波浪等海洋水动力环境,容易引起取、排水安全问题。为此,在总结淡水抽水蓄能电站下水库构筑物设计中所关注的主要水力学问题和关键布置影响要素的基础上,针对海水抽水蓄能电站下水库尾水口的特殊海洋环境特征,为保证机组功能正常运行,提出了下水库尾水围护构筑物重要布置原则及较为实用的围护结构形式,以期为我国海水抽水蓄能电站的设计和建设提供借鉴和帮助。 Taking seawater as the power generation medium,it is not necessary for seawater pumped storage hydropower station to specially construct a lower reservoir,and then both the project investment and the operation cost can be lowered,thus it has a broad development prospect within coastal areas.Compared with river and lake,marine environment is more complicated,from which the tailrace outlet is to directly face the marine dynamic environment,i.e.typhoon,tide,wave,etc.during the operation of the hydropower station,thus the safety problems from water taking and water discharging are prone to be caused.Therefore,relying on summarizing the main hydraulic problems and influencing factors on the key layouts concerned during the designs of the structures for the lower reservoir of the conventional(freshwater)pumped storage hydropower station and targeting at the special marine environment characteristics at the tailrace outlet of seawater pumped storage hydropower station,the important principles for the layout and the relatively practical types of the enclosure structure for the lower reservoir tailrace of seawater pumped storage hydropower station are put forward herein for ensuring the normal operation of the pumped storage hydropower unit,so as to provide some references and assistances for both the design and construction of the seawater pumped storage hydropower station in China.
