泥质软岩弃渣路基填料工程特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用泥质软岩弃渣填筑路基,既可解决道路建设填料匮乏的问题,又可减少对耕地的占用,符合我国可持续发展、绿色发展的交通建设理念。但是,泥质软岩强度低、风化程度高、遇水易崩解的复杂特性导致道路病害频发。依托具体工程,采用室内试验、现场试验相结合的方法对重庆地区粉砂质泥岩的工程特性展开研究,结果表明:水和击实功对泥质软岩弃渣级配影响较大,建议采用压实后P5含量作为填料控制指标,取值范围宜为50%~55%;泥质软岩弃渣的压实效果和承载比均能满足现有规范对路堤、路床填料的质量要求,在断面形式和防排水设计合理的情况下,可用于整个路基的填筑;结合现场试验结果,明确了泥质软岩弃渣填筑路基的松铺厚度、碾压遍数等施工参数。以上研究成果为泥质软岩弃渣填筑路基的设计提供可靠依据,具体的路堤断面形式及防湿化变形设计有待进一步研究。 Filling the subgrade with soft argillaceous rock waste can solve the problem of filler lack and reduce the cultivated land occupation,which conforms to sustainable development and green development of traffic construction in China.However,the complex characteristics of soft argillaceous rock,such as low strength,high degree of weathering and easy disintegration in case of water,lead to frequent road diseases.Based on the specific project,the research on the engineering characteristics of silty mudstone in Chongqing area is carried out by the combination of indoor test and field test.The results show that water and compaction work have a great influence on the grading of soft argillaceous rock waste.It suggests that the content of P5 after compaction should be used as the control index of filling material,and the value range should be 50%~55%.The compaction effect and bearing ratio of the mud soft rock waste can meet the quality requirements of the existing specifications for the embankment and roadbed filler,and can be used for the whole subgrade filling under the reasonable section form and waterproof and drainage design.Combined with the field test results,the construction parameters such as loose paving thickness and rolling times of the subgrade filled with the mud soft rock waste slag are determined.The research results provide a reliable basis for the design of filling subgrade with soft argillaceous rock waste.The specific section form of embankment and the design of anti wetting deformation need to be further studied.
