摘要
高速材料的特殊性对PCB钻孔加工提出了挑战。为了解决高速板钻孔工程应用的难点。本文在针对高速板钻孔加工的钻头普通白刀及涂层刀如何选用的基础上,结合钻头型号选用、钻头寿命、钻孔加工参数等对钻孔质量的影响进行分析,通过试验以获得高速板钻孔的钻头设计选型及钻孔参数的设定,最终达到高速板材PCB钻孔的高效、低成本的应用要求。
The particularity of high-speed material challenges PCB drilling process.In order to solve the difficulties of high-speed board drilling engineering application,this paper analyzes the influence of bit type selection,bit life and drilling processing parameters on drilling quality on the basis of how to select common white cutter and coating cutter for high-speed board drilling processing.In order to obtain the design and selection of drill bit and the setting of drilling parameters for high-speed PCB drilling,the author can achieve the application requirements of high-speed PCB drilling with high efficiency and low-cost.
