摘要
企业实验室作为企业内部检测产品质量是否合格的直接部门,在市场竞争中扮演着至关重要的作用。企业引入了ISO/IEC 17025标准管理体系对内部实验室进行专业化管理,以求提高产品质量和市场竞争力。文章将以第三方检测实验室的专业视角结合笔者在企业实验室看到的一些问题,着重从方法、人员、设备三个方面进行分析,希望对企业实验室的内部管理及技术提升有所帮助。
Enterprise laboratory,an internal department devoted to inspect the product quality,plays a huge role in the market competition.Enterprises have introduced the ISO/IEC 17025 standard management system to manage their internal laboratories so as to improve their product quality and market competitiveness.This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems found in the enterprise laboratories in terms of testing methods,staffing and equipment from the perspective of third-party testing laboratories.Hopefully,it can render some help to enterprise laboratories in terms of internal management and technology improvement.
