摘要
研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对焦化污泥脱水性能的影响和作用机理。结果表明,CTAB的加药量为300 mg/L时污泥比阻(SRF)从1.04×10^11 s^2/g降至2.76×10^10 s^2/g,抽滤泥饼含水率(WC)从83.97%降至77.91%;SDBS加药量为600 mg/L时,SRF只降至3.57×10^10 s^2/g,WC为79.80%,SDBS改善污泥的脱水性能不如CTAB。经过表面活性剂调理后的污泥明显疏松。
The effects of cetyltriethylammnonium bromide(CTAB)and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)on the dewatering performance of coking sludge and the mechanism were studied.The results showed that when the dosage of CTAB was 300 mg/L,the SRF decreased from 1.04×10^11 s^2/g to 2.76×10^10 s^2/g,and the water content of suction filter cake(WC)decreased from 83.97%to 77.91%.When the dosage of SDBS was 600 mg/L,the SRF decreased to 3.57×10^10 s^2/g,and WC was 79.80%.The dewatering performance of sludge improved by SDBS was not as good as that of CTAB.The sludge after surfactant conditioning was obviously more loose.
