HPLC法测定疏肝胶囊中丹参素的含量

Determination of Danshensu in Shugan capsule by HPLC

采用HPLC测定疏肝胶囊中丹参素的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%醋酸溶液(5∶95),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm。结果表明,丹参素钠对照品在0.0126~0.2016 mg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好(n=5),相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率98.3%。该方法检测结果准确,操作简便,重现性好,可用于疏肝胶囊中丹参素的质量控制。

The determination of Danshensu in Shugan capsule by HPLC method,methanol-0.4%acetic acid solution(5∶95),chromatographic column:Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,detection wavelength 280 nm.Results showed that linear relationship of Danshensu sodium reference in the concentration range of 0.0126~0.2016 mg/mL was good(n=5),the correlation coefficient was r=0.9999,and the average recovery rate was 98.3%.The method is accurate,simple and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Danshensu in Shugan capsule.
