暗示性心理护理对三叉神经痛患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

The influence of suggestive psychological nursing on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with trigeminal neuralgia

目的探讨暗示性心理护理对三叉神经痛患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018-03—2020-03郑州大学第二附属医院三叉神经痛患者93例,随机分为2组,对照组47例患者开展常规护理,观察组46例患者开展暗示性心理护理,对比2组患者心理状态及睡眠质量。结果护理后2组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后2组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功效评分均低于护理前,观察组上述因子评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论暗示性心理护理能够有效改善三叉神经痛患者的抑郁、焦虑心理状态,提高患者睡眠质量及临床护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of suggestive psychological nursing on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,93 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were randomly divided into 2 groups.47 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and 46 patients in the observation group received suggestive psychological care.The psychological status and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime efficacy scores were lower than before nursing,and the above factor scores of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implied psychological nursing can effectively improve the depression and anxiety state of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,and improve the sleep quality and clinical nursing satisfaction of patients.
