浅谈城市供电设施外力破坏原因及防护措施

A Priliminary Discussion on the External Force Damage Causes and Protective Measures of Urban Power Supply Facilities

针对新形势,电力公司已持续投入大量的人力、物力,采取针对性防范措施并不断扩大宣传覆盖面,但是施工过程中由于现场施工单位安全管理水平参差不齐,运维管理单位安全措施无法落实等原因,外力破坏治理不彻底造成的电网故障屡有发生。随着城市现代化建设步伐的加快,各类施工、改造也进入高峰,由于部分野蛮无序施工,对电力设施造成极大程度的破坏,通过调查分析,该文结合大型城市的城区实际情况,分析造成电力设施损坏的主要原因,并对其提出相应防护措施。

In view of the new situation,the electric power company has continuously invested a lot of manpower and material resources,taken targeted preventive measures and constantly expanded the publicity coverage,but in the construction process,due to the uneven level of safety management of the site construction unit,the safety measures of the operation and maintenance management unit can not be implemented and other reasons,the power grid failure caused by the incomplete external damage treatment often occurs.With the acceleration of urban modernization construction,all kinds of construction and transformation have also entered the peak.Due to some barbaric and disorderly construction,the power facilities have been damaged to a great extent.Through investigation and analysis,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the damage of power facilities,and puts forward corresponding protective measures.
