Data Analysis and Application of Power Supply Reliability of Urban Distribution Network Users

一个城市的电网建设水平、装备技术水平、运行管理水平和优质服务水平的高低,需要城市配电网用户供电可靠性的指标完成情况来体现。因此,运用科学的工业工程理论对城市配电网用户供电可靠性进行分析与评价,通过供电可靠性相关数据发挥其指导作用,进而提高电网设备健康水平,合理规划网架结构,建设坚强的智能电网,使供电企业社会服务环节中的满意度得到提高,已经成为供电企业的一项重要工作。该文应用供电可靠性相关理论,对城市配电网用户供电可靠性基础数据、主要评价指标、停电责任原因等数据等进行了研究和分析。并详细论述了用户供电可靠性基础数据、主要评价指标、故障停电、预安排停电等数据在城市配电网日常管理中的应用。

The power grid construction level,equipment technology level,operation management level and high-quality service level of a city need to be reflected by the completion of power supply reliability indicators of urban distribution network users.the scientific industrial engineering theory is used to analyze and evaluate the power supply reliability of urban distribution network users,and the relevant data of power supply reliability can play a guiding role,so as to improve the health level of power grid equipment,reasonably plan the grid structure,and build a strong smart grid,It has become an important work for power supply enterprises to improve the satisfaction in the social service of power supply enterprises.Based on the theory of power supply reliability,this paper studies and analyzes the basic data of power supply reliability of urban distribution network users,the main evaluation indexes,the causes of power failure responsibility and other data.The application of basic data of power supply reliability,main evaluation indexes,failure outage,pre arranged outage and other data in daily management of urban distribution network is discussed in detail.
