消除贫困,实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求。在新时代中国特色社会主义的脱贫攻坚战中,必须要强调"能力扶贫"和"机会公平",充分发挥各方力量在精准扶贫中的功能和价值。职业教育作为培养"一技之长+综合素质"高素质技能型人才的摇篮,是一种"造血式"扶贫方式,能有效阻断贫困代际传递,真正达成"授之以鱼"不如"授之以渔"的"扶智"目标。该文从职业教育与精准扶贫深度融合的视角出发,探索新时代职业教育服务精准扶贫的有效路径,为打赢脱贫攻坚战贡献力量。

To eliminate poverty and realize common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must emphasize"ability poverty alleviation"and"opportunity equity",and give full play to the functions and values of all forces in targeted poverty alleviation.Vocational education,as the cradle of training high-quality skilled talents with"one skill+comprehensive quality",is a kind of"hematopoietic"poverty alleviation way,which can effectively block the transmission of poverty between generations,and truly achieve the goal of"giving fish"is not as good as"giving fish"to help wisdom.From the perspective of deep integration of vocational education and targeted poverty alleviation,this paper explores the effective path of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education service in the new era,and contributes to winning the battle of poverty alleviation.
