A Brief Discussion on Communication Skills with Problem Students

众所周知,班级管理工作是一门育人科学,更是一门育人艺术。师生交往中仅有教师的爱心是不够的,还要注意把这种爱心变成学生自己的需要。其中,师生间的沟通最为关键,需要班主任多花心思、多了解、多观察、多动脑。在与学生交谈沟通中,班主任要让学生感受到自己的友情和关爱,多运用一些技巧,方能搭起彼此之间的感情桥梁,学生才会乐于接受教育和受引导。

As we all know,class management is not only a science of education,but also an art of education.In the interaction between teachers and students,only the love from teachers is not enough.We should pay attention to turning this love into students’own needs.Among them,the communication between teachers and students is the most crucial,which requires the homeroom teacher to spend more thoughts,more understanding,more observations.In the conversation with students,the homeroom teacher should let the students feel their friendship and care,use more skills,which could build the emotional bridge between each other,so students will be willing to accept education and guidance.
