三级医院档案管理现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Archives Management in Tertiary Hospitals

近年来,医疗卫生事业改革日益深化,三级医院作为大型医疗机构,其档案管理工作的是否完善对医院医疗业务和行政管理都具有重要影响。因此,完善三级医院档案管理工作对医院的发展具有重要意义。该文通过对三级医院档案管理现状进行分析研究,指出了档案管理中目前存在的一些相关问题,并针对这些问题有针对性地提出了相应的改进和优化策略,以期更好地构建三级医院档案管理工作模式,提高医院档案管理水平。

In recent years,the reform of medical and health services is deepening day by day.As a large-scale medical institution,whether the file management of the tertiary hospital is perfect or not has an important impact on the medical business and administrative management of the hospital.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of the hospital to improve the archives management of the third level hospital.Based on the analysis of the current situation of archives management in tertiary hospitals,this paper points out some related problems existing in the archives management,and puts forward corresponding improvement and optimization strategies aiming at these problems,in order to better build the archives management mode of tertiary hospitals and improve the level of archives management in hospitals.
