摘要
采用RQD系列大型可控气氛井式渗碳炉及液体滴注式渗碳气氛对风电用G20Cr2Ni4A钢轴承套圈进行不同渗碳工艺的处理,并采用ARL3460型直读光谱仪对不同渗碳工艺处理的G20Cr2Ni4A钢轴承套圈进行碳浓度梯度检测与分析,以期为低碳轴承钢以及其他轴承钢制定和优化渗碳工艺提供强力的理论数据支持。研究结果表明,低强扩比渗碳工艺条件下套圈碳浓度梯度趋势为表层较高,次表层碳浓度梯度下降较快,整体碳浓度较低;高强扩比渗碳工艺条件下套圈碳浓度梯度趋势整体平缓,但表面碳浓度较低;高扩散碳势渗碳工艺条件下碳浓度梯度缓慢平稳下降,整体含碳量较高,碳浓度分布趋势最为合理,达到了技术要求。通过上述三种渗碳工艺的比较后发现,高扩散碳势渗碳工艺最为理想。
RQD series large-scale controllable atmosphere pit-type carburizing furnace and liquid drop carburizing atmosphere are used to treat G20Cr2Ni4A steel bearing rings for wind power.ARL3460 direct reading spectrometer is used to detect and analyze carbon concentration gradient of G20Cr2Ni4A steel bearing rings with different carburizing processes,so as to provide strong theoretical data support in formulating and optimizing carburizing for low carbon bearing steel and other bearing steels.The results show that the carbon concentration gradient trend of the ring is higher in the surface layer and decreases rapidly in the subsurface layer,and the overall carbon concentration is low under the low strength expansion ratio carburizing process;the carbon concentration gradient trend of the ring under the high strength expansion ratio carburizing process is generally gentle,but the surface carbon concentration is low;under the high diffusion carbon potential carburizing process,the carbon concentration gradient decreases slowly and steadily with the high whole carbon content,and the carbon concentration distribution trend is the most reasonable,which meets the technical requirements.Through the comparison of the above three carburizing processes,it is found that the carburizing process with high diffusion carbon potential is the best.
