高校智慧校园评价指标的设计与组成框架

The Design and Composition Framework of Evaluation Indexes for Smart Campus in Universities

设计科学合理的高校智慧校园评价指标,对于智慧校园的建设与发展意义重大。基于此,文章首先介绍了国内外关于教育信息化、数字校园、智慧校园等方面的相关研究成果,并对比了重庆、江苏、江西、浙江四个省市高校智慧校园评价指标体系的异同。随后,文章依托智慧校园评价指标设计原则——认知、目标和定位,对高校智慧校园评价指标进行了设计。最后,文章构建了包含治理体系、智慧环境、智慧应用、网络安全、特色创新等五个维度的高校智慧校园评价指标的组成框架。文章的研究成果可为高校智慧校园的建设及其评价工作的开展提供理论参考,有助于推动高校智慧校园建设的进一步深化。

Designing scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes of smart campus in universities is of great significance to the construction and development of smart campus.Based on this,the paper firstly introduced the relevant research results of educational informationization,digital campus,smart campus at home and abroad,and compared the similarities and differences of smart campus evaluation index systems of universities in Chongqing,Jiangsu,Jiangxi and Zhejiang.Subsequently,relying on the design principles of smart campus evaluation indexs including cognition,goal and orientation,this paper designed the evaluation indexes of smart campus in universities.Finally,a composition framework of evaluation indexes of smart campus in universities that included five dimensions of governance system,smart environment,smart application,network security and characteristic innovation was constructed.The research of this paper could provide theoretical reference for the construction and evaluation works of smart campus in universities,and contribute to the further deepening of smart campus construction in universities.
