摘要
根据“新工科”建设的目标定位,以食品科学与工程专业开展IEET工程教育认证为契机,对标认证规范,以问题为导向,围绕专业人才培养目标和培养模式、课程体系设置、教师队伍建设、实践教学实施以及教学管理规范、学业预警及帮扶、教学质量提升等方面,探讨了食品科学与工程专业人才培养体系持续改进的做法,通过IEET认证过程全面提升本专业的内涵性建设.
According to the target of constructing“new engineering”,some measures have been taken in preparation for the IEET engineering education accreditation in food science and engineering,concerning the goal of talent cultivation and training mode,curriculum setting,teachers team construction,practice teaching,teaching management,academic warning and support,and teaching quality improvement,etc..All strategies are to meet IEET certification standard and should be problem-oriented.Now the quality of the major has been greatly upgraded by successful IEET certification.
