磁固相萃取在农药残留分析中的应用 被引量:11

Research progress on the application of magnetic solid phase extraction for analysis of pesticide residue

摘要 农药对人们身体健康具有严重的危害,因而准确测定样品中农药残留水平具有重要的意义。磁固相萃取技术具有操作简便,可快速分离吸附剂与样品溶液中的目标化合物的优点,在农残检测领域被广泛应用。本文介绍了磁固相萃取技术在农药残留分析中的应用进展,分别从磁性吸附剂的制备和磁固相萃取在不同基质(食品、中药材、环境和生物样品)农残提取分离中的应用情况进行综述介绍,并且分析了不同样品中磁固相萃取的应用特点,旨在为农残萃取过程中磁固相萃取吸附剂、洗脱剂等参数的选择提供参考。最后,本文对磁固相萃取在农残富集萃取中的应用前景进行展望。 It is well known that pesticides have serious harm to people’s health,so it is of great significance to accurately analysis the level of pesticide residues in samples. Magnetic solid phase extraction technology has the advantages of simple operation and rapid separation of adsorbent and target compounds in sample solution,and it is widely used in the analysis of pesticide residues. This paper summarized the application of magnetic solid-phase extraction technology in pesticide residue analysis,including the preparation of magnetic sorbents and magnetic solid phase extraction in different matrix samples(food,herbal medicine,environmental and biological samples). The application characteristics of magnetic solid phase extraction in different samples were also introduced. It hopes that this report can provide a reference for the selection of magnetic adsorbents and elution solvent in pesticide residue analysis. Finally,the broad application of magnetic solid phase extraction in pesticide detection is prospected.
