Application of functional near-infrared spectroscopy in ophthalmology

摘要 功能性近红外光谱技术(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)是近几年新兴起的脑功能成像技术,适合在受试者接受刺激任务时同步检测大脑皮层的的血流动力学变化。眼科临床中常见的视觉障碍症状常伴有视皮层的功能异常,fNIRS可以在视觉任务或治疗期间同步检测视皮层的血流动力学反应,为弱视、青光眼、视神经炎、糖尿病视网膜病变等眼科疾病的诊断和疗效评估提供脑参数。 Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)is a new brain functional imaging technique developed in recent years,which is suitable for simultaneous detection of hemodynamic changes in the cerebral cortex when subjects are stimulated.Visual disorders commonly seen in ophthalmic clinic are often accompanied by functional abnormalities in the visual cortex.FNIRS can simultaneously detect the hemodynamic responses in the visual cortex during visual tasks or treatment,providing brain parameters for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of eye diseases,such as amblyopia,glaucoma,optic neuritis,diabetic retionpathy,etc.
