木工五轴联动加工中心一体式横梁轻量化设计

摘要 基于SolidWorks对一体式横梁进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到一体式横梁的应力、位移和振动频率及振型。采用对角筋板抗扭理论,将木工五轴联动加工中心一体式横梁的筋板设计成V型。依据轻量化设计原则,以横梁质量最小为求解目标,设置横梁应力、位移和频率为约束条件,V型筋板厚度为变量,进行优化设计,得到最优解。分析结果得出,应力减小了2.05%,位移减小了1.22%,一阶频率增加了6.83%,质量减小了3.02%,实现了横梁的轻量化设计。研究成果对木工五轴联动加工中心的优化设计和实际生产有一定的工程应用价值和参考意义。 Based on SolidWorks,the static analysis and modal analysis of the integrated beam are carried out,and the stress,dis⁃placement,vibration frequency and mode of the integrated beam are obtained.Based on the theory of torsion resistance of diagonal stiffeners,the stiffeners of the integrated crossbeam of woodworking five-axis linkage machining center are designed into a v-shape.According to the principle of light weight design,the minimum beam mass is taken as the goal to solve the problem,the stress,dis⁃placement and frequency of the beam are set as the constraint conditions,and the thickness of the v-shaped ribbed plate is taken as the variable,so as to optimize the design and get the optimal solution.The analysis results show that the stress is reduced by 3.18%,the displacement is reduced by 1.22%,the first-order frequency is increased by 6.83%,the mass is reduced by 3.02%,and the light⁃weight design of the beam is realized.The research results have certain engineering application value and reference significance for the optimization design and actual production of woodworking five-axis linkage machining center.
