摘要
现阶段的定位控制普遍采用伺服系统或步进系统,伺服系统比步进系统具有精度高,转速快,带负载能力强等特点。随着技术的进步,价格的下降,伺服系统的性价比非常突出。现针对某公司的工艺要求,设计定位装置的控制系统。该系统具有操作简便、安装合理、抗干扰能力强、外围接口扩展便利等优点,提高了生产效率和产品的稳定性。
The current positioning control generally adopts servo system or stepping system.Compared with the stepping system,the servo system has the characteristics of higher accuracy,faster speed,and strong load capacity.With the advancement of technolo⁃gy and the decline of prices,the cost performance of the servo system is very prominent.According to the process requirements of a company,the control system of the positioning device is designed.The system has the advantages of simple operation,reasonable in⁃stallation,strong anti-interference ability,and convenient peripheral interface expansion,which improves production efficiency and product stability.
