摘要
大数据时代给人们带来了巨大的便利,也带来了巨大的挑战,特别是在教育领域,传统的显性教育已经无法满足大数据时代下新型学生的德育要求,我们无法采取传统的教育方式来解决学生实际的思想意识形态非主流化的问题,唯有建立大数据思维,在专业建设中充分运用大数据,主动融入隐性教育,才能培养具有真正意义上的职业人和接班人。
The era of big data has brought tremendous convenience and challenges to people.Especially in the field of education,traditional explicit education can no longer meet the moral education requirements of students in the era of big data.We can’t adopt traditional education methods to solve the problem of students’non-mainstreaming of ideology.Only by establishing big data think⁃ing,fully using big data in professional construction,and actively integrating into hidden education can we cultivate a real sense of professionals and successors.
