摘要
随着社会发展,应用型、创新型人才需求越来越强烈,传统教学模式亟待改革。“小课堂大舞台”教学模式改变了传统的课堂以教师为主体的方式,将课堂变成师生互教、互学、互促的互动场所,使“本科教学”上升到“本科教育”的高度,培养高水平人才,是教育改革背景下的创新型产物。“小课堂大舞台”教学模式从简单的由学生主讲课堂,不断创新内容,不断增加挑战,已经成为极具有特色并富有成效的教学模式。基于在校学生对“小课堂大舞台”教学模式中学生、教师以及课堂三大方面的评价,对这一教学模式进行实施效果分析,并从实施分析中发现问题,针对问题加以改进,不断完善“小课堂大舞台”教学模式,提高本科人才质量。
The"small class and big stage"teaching model has been practiced by teachers and students for several sessions since being proposed,and they have jointly discovered problems,raised problems,and continuously improved them in the course of practice.The"small class and big stage"teaching mode has become a very distinctive and fruitful teaching mode from simple lectures by students,continuous innovation of content,and increasing challenges.This article is based on the students'evaluation of the three major aspects of the"small class and big stage"teaching model:students,teachers,and classrooms.This paper analyzes the implementation effect of this teaching model,finds problems from the implementation analysis,and improves and improves the problems.The"small class and big stage"teaching mode improves the quality of undergraduate talents.
