分析排水管结垢物的成因,并通过试验与现场勘察,确定某建筑物排水管结垢的主要成因是由于建筑物顶面防水失效,雨水渗入混凝土内部,将Ca(OH)2溶出,排水管内Ca(OH)2浓度较高,在排水管管壁上形成CaCO3结垢。对已产生大量结垢的排水管,采用除垢、去垢处理方式,效果并不理想;分析结垢成因后采取先清除建筑屋面积水并平整建筑屋面,然后进行屋面干燥及修复屋面防水,达到预防排水管结垢,保持排水管通水能力是减少更换、清洗投资、延长排水管道寿命的适用方法。
