察哈尔十二旗群行政区划的演变

On the Evolution of the Administrative Divisions of Twelve Banner Groups in Chahar

本文从北元时期达延汗标定、驻牧于现赤峰市西拉木伦河流域一带的察哈尔万户始,简要叙述了察哈尔部的发展过程,重点讲述了康熙十四年(1675)察哈尔十二旗群形成之后的行政区划演变。由于“察哈尔”既是部族名,一度又是行省名,容易混淆,这就需要用“地域概念”“属性概念”与“部族概念”来理解。

The paper briefly describes the evolution progress of Chahar starting from the time of the Northern Yuan Dynasty when Dayan Khan demarcated and established Chahar Wanhu grazing in the area of Xar Moron River in now Chifeng City,focusing on the evolution of administrative divisions after the formation of twelve banner groups in the 14th year(1675 B.C.)of Kangxi era.The term“Chahar”has been used as the name of the tribe,as well as the name of the administration division,which easily causes confusion and needs to be understood from the“regional concept”,“attribute concept”and“tribal concept”.
