大数据时代的到来,为研究当代大学生的思想特征和成长需求提供了更加可靠的信息。马克思主义基本原理中的矛盾普遍性和特殊性原理,传播学中的分众传播理论及议程设置理论为大学生思想政治理论课教育分众化提供了理论依据。从分众化的角度出发,对大学生思想政治理论课教育分众化的必要性进行分析,并从对受众大学生进行科学研判、分众运用思想政治教育平台、优化教学内容与方式、明确思想政治理论课教师的责任四个方面来探究大学生思想政治理论课教育分众化的实施举措。

The arrival of the era of big data provides more reliable information for understanding the ideological characteristics and needs for growing of contemporary college students.The principle of universality and particularity of contradictions among the basic principles of Marxism and the demassified communication theory and the agenda-setting theory in communication studies provide the theoretical basis for the demassification of ideological and political theory education for college students.From the point of view of the demassification,this paper analyzes the necessity of the demassification of ideological and political theory education for college students,and explores measures for the implementation of the demassification of ideological and political theory education for college students from the four aspects,scientifically studying the colleges students as targeted population,demassifyingly utilizing the ideological and political theory education platform,optimizing teaching content and methods,and clarifying the responsibility of teachers of ideological and political theory course.
