摘要
无源电容广泛应用于电力电子领域,但大容量无源电容限制了电力电子装置的功率密度和寿命,针对无源电容在可靠性及成本上的局限性,研究了一种能实现即插即用的二端口有源电容,在详细分析了电路拓扑及其基本控制策略的基础上,提出了一种闭环控制策略,能更精准地控制输出电压,从而降低纹波电压;对比了PI、PR及准PR的特点后,采用对时变量跟踪更好的准PR作为控制器。以单相全桥整流器为例,仿真分析其在不同状态下的动静态性能,仿真结果验证了所提出的闭环控制策略的有效性。
Passive capacitors are widely applied in the field of power electronics.However,large-capacity passive capacitors limit the power density and life of power electronic devices.In view of the limitation on the reliability and cost of passive capacitors,a plug-and-play two-terminal active capacitor is studied in this paper.Based on the detailed analysis of the circuit topology and its basic control strategy,a closed-loop control strategy is proposed,which can control the output voltage more accurately and thus reduce the ripple voltage.The characteristics of the proportional-integral(PI),proportional-resonant(PR)and quasi proportional-resonant(QPR)controllers are compared,after which the QPR controller with better performance in tracking the time variable is adopted.A single-phase full-bridge rectifier is taken as an example,and its dynamic and static performances in different states are analyzed by simulations.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed closed-loop control strategy.
