中药离子导入肺腧与大肠腧治疗中风患者便秘的疗效

摘要 目的探讨中药离子导入肺腧与大肠腧治疗中风患者便秘的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性临床随机对照试验的方法,选择中风便秘患者70例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各35例。实验组为中药离子导入组,对照组为常规治疗组,两组患者治疗15天后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、日常生活活动能力指标(ADL)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、便秘临床评分量表(CCS)疗效评定,并进行比较。结果治疗15天后,实验组的HAMD、ADL、NIHSS、CCS评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入肺腧与大肠腧治疗过程中患者感觉舒适,治疗效果好,是治疗中风后便秘的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine iontophoresis shu lung and large intestine shu in stroke patients.Methods Using the method of prospective randomized controlled clinical trials,intends to select stroke constipation patients 70 cases as the research object,according to random number table method of random points,the experimental group and control group,experimental group for the Chinese medicine iontophoresis group of 35 cases,control group as the conventional treatment group 35 examples,respectively in the treatment of 15 days after the two groups of patients with Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),daily life activities ability index(ADL),and neural function defect score(NIHSS)scores clinical rating scale(CCS),constipation curative effect evaluation.Results After 15 days of treatment,HAMD,ADL,NIHSS and CCS were significantly better in the experimental group than those in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine iontophoresis imported in lung shu and large make patients feel comfortable during the treatment,this method has a good curative effect,which is an effective method to treat constipation after stroke.
