迈向更健康长寿的细则

摘要 欲要健康长寿,血压要平稳,血糖要达标,血脂、尿酸、体重等不超标,始终坚持确保微循环血流畅通开放的指脉微血管数在30排以上,有望心、脑、肾平安。坚持心里平衡,合理膳食,适量运动,戒烟限酒,有效睡眠,始终坚持有氧运动,做到善待生命,留住健康,才能少生病、晚生病、不易生病。无病早防,有病早诊早治,已病防变,病后防复。调理微循环血流,不断提高抗病能力,力争自理到最后,欲跨百岁,迈向150岁,朝着更健康长寿前进将更有保障。 If you want to live a long and healthy life,keep your blood pressure stable,blood sugar up to standard,and your blood lipid,uric acid,weight and so on do not exceed the standard,you must always keep that the numbers of finger microvessel are greater than 30 which microcirculation flow is unobstructed and open,so that the heart,brain,kidney will be healthy.Keep your mind balance with reasonable diet,moderate exercise,cigarettequitting,effective sleep,and always adhere to aerobic exercise,handle life with care and keep health,you will get less illness,late illness and not easy to fall ill.We should prevent disease early,diagnose disease early,treat disease early,stop the progress of disease and prevent reoccur after treatment.We should regulate the microcirculation blood flow,improve the disease-resistant ability constantly,and strive to take care of ourselves until the end,so that we can live well past a hundred years,and close to one hundred and fifty years,the longer and healthier life will be more ensured.
