On the Responsibility of Entrepreneurial Sci-tech Innovation

在我国创新驱动发展战略中,科技创新是核心。科技创新是推动经济发展的重要杠杆,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要支点,是实现人民美好生活需要的基本方式。在当代中国,社会责任越来越成为衡量和评判一个企业价值和意义的重要标准,甚至是根本标准,其中,科技创新责任越来越居于关键或核心地位,它不仅关系到企业的可持续发展,而且关系到国家的前途命运和人民的美好生活。但在实际工作中,科技创新责任不强是制约企业发展的重要因素,其具体表现是:科技创新责任感不强,投入严重不足,自主创新能力不强,甚至存在着比较严重的伦理问题。克服这个短板,承担起科技创新、科技强国重任,是我国企业面临的重要课题。坚持以人民为中心的科技创新理念,用新发展理念引领企业科技创新,企业家勇于承担科技创新责任,将制度优势转化为科技创新优势等,是企业履行科技创新责任的基本遵循。

Scientific and technological innovation is the core of China’s innovation-driven development strategy.It is an important lever to promote economic development,a major pivot for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the basic way to realize the demand of the people for good life.In current China,social responsibility is more and more often becoming a major,and even a fundamental,benchmark for measuring and judging the value and significance of an enterprise,and the sci-tech innovation responsibility is increasingly assuming the key or core position,because it not only concerns the sustainable development of the enterprise,but the future and destiny of the country and the good life of the people.But in practical work,an inadequate sense of sci-tech innovation responsibility is an important element restricting the development of enterprise.Its manifestations include inadequate sense of sci-tech innovation responsibility,severe investment shortage,low independent innovative capacity,and even serious ethical issues.A major subject facing domestic enterprises is to overcome this problem,shoulder up the obligation of sci-tech innovation,and strengthen the country through science and technology.The basic route for enterprises to fulfill their sci-tech innovation responsibility is to adhere to the people-centered scitech innovation ideas,lead entrepreneurial sci-tech innovation with new development ideas,be bold to assume sci-tech innovation responsibility,and convert institutional advantage to sci-tech innovation advantage.
