摘要
抗生素的滥用和资源的紧张引起了一系列重要安全和环境问题,使得基于生物技术的生物饲料在水产养殖中的研究和应用引起了广泛关注。鉴于此,结合对近年来国内外相关研究的剖析,本文综述了目前生物技术在水产动物生物饲料研究中的研究进展,其中涉及基因工程、酶工程、微生物工程三方面,分别从分子、细胞和整体水平阐述,此外讨论了本领域未来的发展趋势。本文旨在为水产动物生物饲料的深入研发提供一定的借鉴和参考,以保障水产养殖业可持续健康发展。
The abuse of antibiotics and the shortage of resources have caused a series of important security and environmental issues. Consequently, the research and application of biotechnology-based biological feed in aquaculture have aroused widespread concern. In view of this, combined with recent research at home and abroad, this article reviews the current research progress of biotechnology in aquatic animal biological feed. The biotechnology mainly includes three aspects: genetic engineering, enzyme engineering and microbial engineering, which are explained at the molecular, cellular and overall levels. Besides, the development trends in this field are discussed. This review aims to provide some reference for the in-depth development of aquatic animal biological feed and to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of aquaculture industry.
