甘蓼复合微生态制剂对凡纳滨对虾生长性能及其相关酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 文章以凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvannamei)为试验对象,旨在探索甘蓼复合微生态制剂对凡纳滨对虾生长性能及其相关酶活性的影响。试验将凡纳滨对虾540尾随机分为六组,即空白组(饲喂基础饲料),低、中、高剂量甘蓼复合微生态制剂组(按0.5%、1%、2%的比例在基础饲料上添加甘蓼复合微生态制剂),抗生素组和益生菌组,每个组3个重复,每个重复30尾。试验至第14 d和21 d各组采样,测定凡纳滨对虾体重、血清酚氧化酶(PO)、肝胰脏相关酶活性等。结果显示,0.5%低剂量组提高了对虾的增重率和特定生长率,但与空白组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);养殖14 d,与空白对照组相比,2%高剂量组对虾iNOS活性显著提高(P<0.05);添加1%的甘蓼复合微生态制剂显著提高了对虾T-AOC活性(P<0.05),在21 d显著提高了PO活性(P<0.05);与益生菌相比,连续21 d在饲料中添加0.5%低剂量甘蓼复合微生态制剂对虾ACP和iNOS活性显著升高(P<0.05),1%中剂量组对虾PO和ACP活性显著升高(P<0.05),且整个养殖期,添加甘蓼复合微生态制剂各组T-AOC水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,一定剂量的甘蓼复合微生态制剂可促进凡纳滨对虾生长性能,并通过提高对虾相关酶活性来增强机体的非特异性免疫功能。 To investigate the effects of ganliao compound microecologics on the growth performance and related enzyme activity of Litopenaeus vannamei,the total of 540 Litopenaeus vannamei were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 shrimps per replicate.The basal diet was supplemented with ganliao compound microecologics(0%,0.5%,1%,and 2%),antibiotics,and probiotics respectively.The body weight,and the activities of serum phenoloxidase(PO)and related enzymes in hepatopancreas were determined at day14 and 21 respectively.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate were improved in 0.5%ganliao compound microecologics group,but had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the iNOS activity of Litopenaeus vannamei in the 2%high-dose group was significantly increased after 14 days of culture(P<0.05).The addition of 1%ganliao compound microecologics significantly increased the T-AOC activity of Litopenaeus vannamei(P<0.05)and significantly increased the PO activity on 21 d(P<0.05).Compared to probiotic group,the activities of ACP and iNOS in prawn were significantly increased by adding 0.5%ganliao compound microecologics for 21 d(P<0.05).The activities of PO and ACP were significantly increased in 1%medium dose group(P<0.05).During the whole feeding period,the level of T-AOC increased significantly in the groups supplemented with ganliao compound microecologics Polygonum hydropipectum compound microecological preparation(P<0.05).The results indicated that ganliao compound microecologics can promote the growth performance and enhance the nonspecific immune function of Litopenaeus vannamei by improving the activities of the relevant enzymes.
