摘要
调查陕西省延安地区李小食心虫(Grapholitha funebrana)的种群动态,进行新型双酰胺类药剂的药效试验,并对防治效果、经济效益等方面进行评估,为新型双酰胺类药剂的实际应用提供参考方案。利用李小食心虫性诱剂进行昆虫诱集试验以获得该地区的种群动态;将四氯虫酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺等3种新型双酰胺类药剂分别以500、1000、1500倍浓度进行稀释,每2周喷药1次,以清水喷洒为空白对照,通过虫果率来确定该害虫防治的最佳药剂和最适浓度,估算每种药品的成本和净收益。延安地区的李小食心虫在5月上旬和7月下旬为高峰期。同一稀释浓度施药条件下,3种新型双酰胺类药剂的药效无显著差异;同类药剂中,稀释1500倍的药剂可以获得最佳的净收益。经过计算净收益及药剂成本,使用稀释1500倍氯虫苯甲酰胺的单位面积净收益最高,为15786.0元·hm 2。李小食心虫的防治选用稀释1500倍的氯虫苯甲酰胺最为经济有效。
The population dynamics of grapholitha funebrana in Yan′an area of Shannxi province was investigated,the efficacy test of new bisamides was carried out,and the control effect and economic benefits were evaluated,so as to provide a reference scheme for the practical application of new diamides.The insect trapping experiment was carried out by using sex attractant of grapholitha funebrana to obtain the population dynamics in this area.Three new bisamides,tetracholoroacetamide,bromocyanamide and chlorobenzamide were diluted at concentrations of 500,1000 and 1500 times respectively,and sprayed once every two weeks,with clear water spraying as blank control.The best inseticide and optimal concentration for pest control were determined through the rate of insect pests,and the cost and net income of each drug were estimated.The peak of grapholitha funebrana in Yan′an area is in Early May and late July.Under the same dilution concentration,there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the three new bisamides;Among the kind of agents,the best net income can be obtained by diluting 1500 times.After calculating the net income and drug cost,the net income per unit area of 1500 times diluted chlorobenzamide is the highest,which is 15786.0 yuan/hm 2,chlorobenzamide diluted 1500 times is the most economical and effective method for the control.
