2019年陕西省普通高等学校体育教师教学技能大赛分析

Analysis on the 2019 Teaching Skills Competition of PE Teachers in Colleges and Universities in Shaanxi Province

运用文献资料、数理统计的方法对2019年陕西省普通高等学校体育教师教学技能比赛进行全面总结与分析。结果表明:参赛学校数量占到全省高校数量的71.56%。参赛教师中青年教师多于中年教师,男性教师多于女性教师;大赛项目设置全面,规则相对合理,比赛准备充分,预案详实,过程规范,评审公平公正;参赛教学项目门类众多,项目齐全;教案成绩、教学成绩和总成绩各组之间没有明显的差异,但中年教师的成绩均高于青年教师;身体素质测试成绩青年教师明显高于中年教师,女性教师高于男性教师,在总成绩中表现的尤为明显。最后对本次比赛存在的一些问题提出了合理化的建议,以期为后续比赛提供一定的参考。

A comprehensive summary and analysis on the 2019 teaching skills competition of PE teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province was made by using the methods of literature and mathematical statistics.The results show that the number of participating schools accounts for 71.56%of the total number of colleges and universities in the province.Among the participating teachers,there are more young teachers than middle-aged teachers and more male teachers than female teachers;The project setting of the competition is comprehensive,the rules are relatively reasonable,the competition is well prepared,the preliminary plan is detailed,the process is standardized,and the judges are fair and impartial;There are many categories of participating teaching items in the competition;There is no significant difference in teaching plan,teaching and total scores among groups,but the scores of middle-aged teachers are higher than those of young teachers;The physical fitness test scores of young teachers are significantly higher than those of middle-aged teachers,and that of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers,especially in the total score.Finally,some reasonable suggestions on some problems existing in this competition are put forward,in order to provide some reference for the follow-up competition.
