基于百度指数的疫情相关健康信息搜索行为分析与信息服务策略

Baidu index-based analysis of epidemic-related health information search behaviors and information service strategies

目的:研究疫情时期用户使用百度搜索引擎的行为变化,分析疫情相关健康信息搜索关键词的特点和规律。方法:使用百度指数平台2019年12月26日至2020年3月24日期间的疫情信息搜索图表,分析不同阶段、不同区域用户的信息搜索行为特点。结果:用户在疫情发展的不同阶段,所关注的健康信息不同。疫情前期,用户重点关注的是疫情基础科普词汇;疫情搜索高峰期,疫情关注度指数上升,用户搜索频率较高的内容是新型冠状病毒的特征、传播途径和新冠肺炎的症状等疫情预防、确诊与治疗的词汇;疫情搜索平稳期和疫情关注回落期,用户的关注点转移到疫情衍生内容。结论:图书馆可开展疫情相关的远程阅读推广活动、个性化的疫情信息专题服务、各类情报服务、文献征集与资源建设及丰富多彩的文化活动,为抗疫作出贡献。

Objective To study the behavioral changes of users when they are using the Baidu search engine during an epidemic period by analyzing the characteristics and rules of key words used in searching epidemic-related health information.Methods The information search behavioral characteristics of users in different periods and different regions were analyzed according to the epidemic information figures and tables on the Baidu index platform from 2019-12-26 to 2020-03-24.Results The health information concerned by the users was different in different epidemic periods.The users were most concerned about the basic and popular vocabularies during the pre-epidemic period,the vocabularies of COVID-19 infection pneumonia-related prevention,diagnosis and treatment involving its characteristics,symptoms and signs,and transmission routes during the peak epidemic period,and the epidemic-derived contents during the stable and falling epidemic period.Conclusion Libraries can make their contribution to the anti-epidemic campaign by carrying out remote reading popularizing activities,personalized epidemic information service,rich and varied cultural activities such as document collection and resource development.
