基于空间杜宾模型的江西省教育投资的就业效应分析

Analysis of Employment Effect of Educational Investment in Jiangxi Province Based on the Panel Spacial Dubin Model

选用交通网络与经济特征相结合的空间权重,对开放经济下江西教育投资对就业的直接、间接等效应进行空间杜宾模型回归分析。结果表明:江西教育投资能够促进就业增长,其影响主要通过教育投资对就业的直接效应和间接效应(即空间外部性)来实现,但不同级别教育的投资对就业的直接和间接效应存在差异性。江西教育投资对就业增长的直接促进作用主要体现在第一产业和第三产业,而对第二产业具有抑制效应。教育投资对三次产业就业增长的间接效应不明显,只有第一产业就业会显著受到空间相关地区的高等和小学教育的间接影响。

In order to analyze the spatial effect of educational investment on employment,by selecting the spatial weight with the characteristics of railway passenger transport and economy,the direct and indirect effects of Jiangxi’s educational investment on employment under the open economy are analyzed by the spatial Dubin model regression.The results of empirical analysis show that Jiangxi’s educational investment can promote employment growth,and its influence is mainly realized through the direct and indirect effects of educational investment on employment(that is,spatial externalities),however,the direct and indirect effects of investment in different levels of education on employment are different.In terms of industries,the direct promotion of Jiangxi’s education investment to employment growth is mainly reflected in the primary and tertiary industries,but has a restraining effect on the secondary industry.Furthermore,it is found that the indirect effect on the employment growth of the tertiary industry is not obvious,and only the employment of the primary industry will be significantly affected by the indirect influence of higher and primary education in the space-related areas.
