精准扶贫贷款对农户收入的影响及渠道差异

Impact of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Loan on Farmers’Income Growth and Channel Differences

基于陕西省国家重点扶贫开发县贫困户调查数据,利用内生转换回归模型,探究精准扶贫贷款对农户收入增长的影响,分析信贷支持扶贫的直接渠道和间接渠道下这些影响效应的差异。结果表明:精准扶贫贷款显著促进农户收入增长,但在不同信贷支持渠道下的影响效应存在差异。直接渠道下扶贫贷款能使具有非农技能、规模养殖或者拥有农机等禀赋的农户收入增长更快,间接渠道下扶贫贷款通过支持农业经营新主体带动农户融入产业发展,提高了农户从事农业生产的增收效率,但从整体效果来看,直接渠道下扶贫贷款对农户收入的影响更显著。

Based on the survey data of farmers in the national key poor county of Shaanxi Province,this research estimated the impact of targeted poverty alleviation loan on farmers’income growth by using endogenous switching regression model,and compared the differences in the impact between direct and indirect channels of credit support on poverty alleviation.The conclusion indicates that the loan has increased farms’per capital income,but the impacts are different under direct and indirect channel.Under direct channel,the loan can make the income of farmers with non-agricultural skills,breeding farms,agricultural machinery increase faster.Under indirect channels,the loan helps farmers to integrate into industrial development by supporting new agricultural management entities,and improve the efficiency of income increasing in agricultural production.But the loan has a more significant impact on farmers’income under the direct channel.
