高职院校基于现代学徒制的实践与思考——以现代纺织技术专业为例

Practice and Thinking of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on"Modern Apprenticeship":Taking Modern Textile Technology as an Example

现代学徒制作为教育部推广试点的一个项目,受到高职院校的认可,并在不断的探索和实践具有本地特色优势的现代学徒制。文章以本地区高职院校现代纺织技术专业实施现代学徒制为例,详细介绍了该专业在实践中从校企双主体育人、招生招工一体化、人才培养、师资队伍、管理制度方面的情况并提出了一些建议,以期为相关或相似职业院校开展现代学徒制的过程和实践提供一定的参考和价值。

As a pilot project promoted by the Ministry of Education,modern apprenticeship has been recognized by higher vocational colleges and has been continuously exploring and practicing to achieve the modern apprenticeship with local characteristics.The author takes the implementation of modern apprenticeship in the modern textile technology specialty of vocational colleges in this region as an example.This paper introduces in detail the practice of this major from the aspects of school-enterprise education,integration of recruitment,talent training,teaching staff and management system,and puts forward some suggestions.It is intended to provide some reference and value for the process and practice of modern apprenticeship in relevant or similar vocational colleges.
