Promote the Modernization of the Energy Industry’s Legal Governance System and Governance Capabilities

推进能源行业依法治理,落实党中央对全面依法治国的决策部署,有助于实现能源体制改革目标,提升能源行业法治化水平。本文通过分析我国能源行业依法治理现状,并借鉴国外能源行业依法治理的相关经验,根据目前我国能源行业依法治理面临的主要问题与挑战,从治理体系、依法行政、发挥协会作用、营造法治氛围等方面提出推进我国能源行业依法治理的相关建议。

Promoting the governance of the energy industry according to the law and implementing the Party Central Committee’s decisions and plans for comprehensively governing the country by the law will help achieve the goal of energy system reform,and upgrade the legalization of the energy industry.This article analyzes the current status of China’s energy industry’s legal governance,and draws on the relevant experience of foreign energy industry’s legal governance.According to the current major problems and challenges facing China’s energy industry’s legal governance,from the perspective of governance system,administration by the law,the role of associations,the creation of an atmosphere of rule of the law,etc.,relevant suggestions are put forward to promote China’s energy industry governance by the law.
