摘要 目的探讨D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)在重症胸部外伤中对深静脉血栓的预测价值。方法回顾性分析38例重症胸部外伤患者的临床资料,根据下肢静脉超声检查结果将患者分为血栓组(20例)与非血栓组(18例)。比较两组的凝血检查结果。结果血栓组的DD、FDP水平高于非血栓组(P<0.05)。DD、FDP诊断深静脉血栓的界值分别为5.53、14.95μg/mL。结论DD和FDP检测能够有效预测重症胸部外伤患者深静脉血栓的发生。 Objective To investigate the predictive value of D-Dimer(DD),fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),fibrinogen(FIB)for deep vein thrombosis in severe chest trauma.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with severe chest trauma were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into thrombus group(20 cases)and nonthrombus group(18 cases)by the results of lower extremity venous ultrasound.The coagulation test results of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of DD and FDP in the thrombus group were higher than those in the nonthrombus group(P<0.05).The cut-off values of DD and FDP in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis were 5.53μg/mL and 14.95μg/mL respectively.Conclusion DD and FDP detection can effectively predict the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in patients with severe chest trauma.
