急性冠脉综合征治疗中阿昔莫司与替格瑞洛的联合应用价值

Combined application value of acipimox and ticagrelor in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome

目的研究急性冠脉综合征治疗中阿昔莫司与替格瑞洛的联合应用价值。方法将102例急性冠脉综合征患者根据治疗方式分为A、B、C组,每组34例。A组单用替格瑞洛治疗,B组单用阿昔莫司治疗,C组联用阿昔莫司与替格瑞洛治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果治疗后,C组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于A、B组,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高敏C反应蛋白、脑钠肽、心肌肌钙蛋白T水平均低于A、B组(P<0.05)。C组心肌梗死发生频率低于A、B组,心肌梗死持续时间短于A、B组(P<0.05)。三组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征治疗中阿昔莫司与替格瑞洛的联合应用效果显著,可有效改善患者的血脂及血清指标,且不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the combined application value of acipimox and tegrilol in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 102 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into group A,B and C according to the treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The group A was treated with tegrilol alone,the group B was treated with acimoles alone,and the group C was treated with combination of acimoles and tegrilol.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the group C was higher than that in the group A and B,while the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,triglycerides,high sensitivity C-reactive protein,brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac troponin T in the group C were lower than those in the group A and B(P<0.05).The frequency of myocardial infarction in the group C was lower than that in the group A and B,and the duration of myocardial infarction was shorter than that in the group A and B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The acipimox and ticagrelor combination applied in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the blood lipid and serum indexes of patients,and has less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
