布地奈德吸入联合孟鲁司特钠对哮喘患儿促炎因子水平及免疫功能的影响

Influences of budesonide inhalation combined with montelukast sodium on proinflammatory factors level and immune function in children with asthma

目的观察布地奈德吸入联合孟鲁司特钠对哮喘患儿促炎因子水平及免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的100例哮喘患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予布地奈德吸入治疗,观察组给予布地奈德吸入+孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-4、IFN-γ水平及EOS计数均降低,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、FEV1、FVC、TEF25%均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德吸入+孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘的效果显著,可降低促炎因子水平,改善免疫功能及气道功能,值得临床选用。

Objective To observe the influences of budesonide inhalation combined with montelukast sodium on proinflammatory factors level and immune function in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide inhalation treatment,and the observation group was given budesonide inhalation+montelukast sodium treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IFN-γ and EOS count decreased,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,FEV1,FVC and TEF25%increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide inhalation+montelukast sodium has a significant effect in the treatment of children with asthma.It can reduce the level of proinflammatory factors,improve the immune function and airway function,which is worthy of clinical selection.
