乳双歧杆菌BB12辅助治疗儿童功能性便秘的效果及对患儿胃肠激素的影响

Effect of Bifidobacterium lactis BB12 in adjuvant treatment of children with functional constipation and its influence on gastrointestinal hormone

目的探究乳双歧杆菌BB12辅助治疗儿童功能性便秘的效果及对患儿胃肠激素的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月在本院进行治疗的100例功能性便秘患儿,按照入院顺序将其分为观察组(n=50,乳双歧杆菌BB12辅助乳果糖治疗)和对照组(n=50,乳果糖治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组各项便秘症状评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项胃肠激素指标水平优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳双歧杆菌BB12辅助治疗儿童功能性便秘效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium lactis BB12 in adjuvant treatment of children with functional constipation and its influence on gastrointestinal hormone.Methods A total of 100 children with functional constipation who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=50,Bifidobacterium lactis BB12 assisted lactulose therapy)and control group(n=50,lactulose therapy)according to admission order.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of various constipation symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrointestinal hormones in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Bifidobacterium lactis BB12 in adjuvant treatment of children with functional constipation is significant.
