替米沙坦联合芪参益气滴丸治疗糖尿病早期肾病患者的临床效果及对肾功能的影响

Clinical effect of telmisartan combined with Qishen Yiqi dripping pills in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and its influence on renal function

目的探讨替米沙坦联合芪参益气滴丸治疗糖尿病早期肾病患者的临床效果及对肾功能的影响。方法将80例糖尿病早期肾病患者根据抓阄随机化分组法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予芪参益气滴丸治疗,观察组给予替米沙坦联合芪参益气滴丸治疗。比较两组的血糖水平、临床疗效及肾功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组的HbA1c、2 h PBG、FBG、UACR、24 h尿蛋白、Cys-C、BUN水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合芪参益气滴丸治疗糖尿病早期肾病患者的效果显著,有利于肾功能恢复和血糖水平稳定。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with Qishen Yiqi dripping pills in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and its influence on renal function.Methods A total of 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into observation group and control group by random grouping lot drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills,while the observation group was given telmisartan combined with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills.The blood glucose level,clinical efficacy and renal function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the HbA1c,2 h PBG,FBG,UACR,24 h urinary protein,Cys-C and BUN levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Telmisartan combined with Qishen Yiqi dripping pills has a significant effect in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,which is conducive to the recovery of renal function and stability of blood glucose levels.
