术前综合护理在腹部手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of preoperative comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing abdominal operation

目的探讨术前综合护理在腹部手术患者中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月我院普外科接受腹部手术的120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施术前常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施术前综合护理。比较两组术后疼痛、舒适度、不良情绪、睡眠质量评分、术后恢复时间及护理满意度。结果术后12、24、36、48 h,观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组,舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前综合护理可有效减轻腹部手术患者的术后疼痛感,提高舒适度,有利于减轻患者不良情绪和睡眠障碍,促进胃肠功能恢复,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing abdominal operation.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,120 patients with abdominal operation in general surgery departemnt of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing before operation,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing before operation on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pain,comfort,bad mood,sleep quality scores,recovery time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 12,24,36 and 48 h after operation,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the comfort scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS,SDS,PSQI scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,first exhaust time,first defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients with abdominal operation,improve comfort.It is helpful for reducing the bad mood and sleep disorders of patients,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
