摘要
目的探讨改良注射法在达肝素钠注射液常规抗凝治疗中的应用效果及护理要点。方法选取我院收治的100例行皮下注射达肝素钠注射液常规抗凝治疗的冠心病患者,随机将其分为对照组(50例,传统注射法)和研究组(50例,改良注射法)。比较两组患者注射部位的疼痛程度及皮下出血程度。结果研究组注射部位的疼痛程度、皮下出血程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良注射法在达肝素钠注射液常规抗凝治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效降低患者疼痛程度及出血程度。
Objective To investigate the application effect and nursing points of modified injection method in routine anticoagulant therapy of dalteparin sodium injection.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated by subcutaneous injection of dalteparin sodium injection were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases,traditional injection method)and study group(50 cases,modified injection method).The degree of pain and subcutaneous hemorrhage at the injection site were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of pain and subcutaneous hemorrhage at the injection site of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified injection method in routine anticoagulant therapy of dalteparin sodium injection has a significant application effect,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain and bleeding of patients.
