摘要
采用传统氧化物陶瓷法制备M型Sr铁氧体,在主配方设计中结合正交实验法研究了La-Ca取代量、Co取代量对M型Sr铁氧体剩余磁感应强度、矫顽力及最大磁能积的影响。结果表明,对于各项参数,La-Ca取代量的影响均大于Co的取代量。在La-Ca取代量为0.15~0.35,Co取代量为0.1~0.25范围内,当La-Ca取代量为0.35、Co取代量为0.10时,M型Sr铁氧体综合磁性能达到最优,其剩余磁感应强度Br为427 mT,磁感矫顽力Hcb为228kA/m,内禀矫顽力Hcj为240 kA/m,最大磁能积(BH)max为34.7 kJ/m^3。
The M-type Sr ferrite was prepared by traditional oxide ceramic method.In the design of main formulation,and the effects of La-Ca and Co substitution on its residual magnetic induction,coercivity and maximum energy product were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results show that,the influence of La-Ca substitution is greater than that of Co on all various parameters.Within the La-Ca substitution amount of 0.15-0.35 and the Co substitution amount of 0.1-0.25,the sample has the optimal comprehensive magnetic property with the La-Ca and Co substitution amount of 0.35 and 0.10,respectively.The residual magnetic induction Br is 427 mT,the magnetic coercive force Hcb is 228 kA/m,the intrinsic coercive force Hcj is 240 kA/m,and the maximum magnetic energy product(BH)max is 34.7 kJ/m3.
