雄安新区土壤污染防治问题研究

Study on soil pollution prevention and control in Xiongan new area

近年来,我国的环境污染问题面临严峻的形势,由环境引发的社会问题逐年增多,在众多的环境污染案件中,其中土壤污染问题较为突出。而处于建设阶段的雄安新区同样要重视土壤污染问题,站在发展的制高点上开展新区环境建设。本文结合近几年新区重大土壤污染案件,全方位分析新区的土壤环境,充分剖析雄安新区环境及土壤制度,为新区绿色生态宜居新城的建设和百年计划的实现打下坚实基础。

In recent years,China’s environmental pollution problem is facing a serious situation,caused by the environment of social problems increased year by year,in many environmental pollution cases,soil pollution problem is more prominent.The Xiongan new area,which is in the construction stage,should also attach importance to soil pollution and carry out environmental construction in the new area from the commanding height of development.In combination with major cases of soil pollution in the new area in recent years,the soil environment of the new area is comprehensively analyzed,and the environment and soil system of xiongan new area are fully analyzed,laying a solid foundation for the construction of a green and ecological livable new city in the new area and the realization of the 100-year plan.
