摘要
本文通过对2016年~2019年秦皇岛市环境空气质量状况进行特征分析,研究气象条件对秦皇岛市环境空气质量的影响程度;根据污染特征发现污染规律及污染原因,并从改进监测技术、科学规划产业布局、深化港口调整、调整能源结构、强化监管力度等方面提出切实可行的大气污染防治对策。
By analyzing the characteristics of ambient air quality in Qinhuangdao City from 2016 to 2019,the degree of impact of meteorological conditions on the ambient air quality of Qinhuangdao City was studied;the pollution laws and the causes of pollution were found according to the characteristics of the pollution,and the improvement of monitoring technology and scientific planning for Layout,deepen port adjustment,adjust energy structure,strengthen supervision and other aspects to put forward practical air pollution prevention and control countermeasures.
