本文通过分析研究焦作市地质环境条件现状与地质灾害发展趋势,结合焦作市地质灾害防治工作现状、需求以及焦作市社会经济发展规划纲要,划定焦作市地质灾害重点防治分区,提出地质灾害防治工作的指导思想与目标任务,明确规划期地质灾害调查评价、监测预警、群测群防、应急防治、重点工程治理与搬迁避让等重点防治工作部署,制定规划实施保障措施,为焦作市地质灾害防治工作的开展提供指导。

By analyzing and studying the status of geological environmental conditions and the development trend of geological disasters in Jiaozuo City,combined with the current status and needs of Jiaozuo City’s geological disaster prevention work and the outline of Jiaozuo City’s social and economic development planning,the key geological disaster prevention zones in Jiaozuo City were delineated and geological disasters were proposed the guiding ideology and target tasks of prevention and control work,clarify the planning and implementation of key prevention and control work plans such as geological disaster investigation and evaluation,monitoring and early warning,group measurement and prevention,emergency prevention and control,key project management and relocation and evacuation during the planning period,and formulate planning and implementation of safeguard measures for Jiaozuo City Geology Provide guidance on the development of disaster prevention.
