环境监测实验室内干扰因素和对策分析

Analysis of interference factors and countermeasures in environmental monitoring laboratory

结合典型案例和体系应用要求,分析目前环境监测实验室内体系运行中的检测场所环境、设备设施和待测样品等三个方面存在的干扰因素,并提出运用质量控制措施对其中的干扰因素进行识别和消除。为控制实验室内干扰因素的影响,从提升人员素质、拓展质量控制领域和手段、完善监督机制等三个方面对体系的运行管理提出了相应的对策分析,减少分析结果不准确带来的风险。

Combined with typical cases and application requirements of the system,this paper analyzed the interference factors existing in three aspects of the environment of the testing site,equipment and facilities,and the samples to be tested during the operation of the system in the environmental monitoring laboratory,and puts forward the use of quality control measures to identify and eliminate the interference factors.In order to control the influence of the interference factors in the laboratory,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the operation and management of the system from three aspects:improving the quality of personnel,expanding the field and means of quality control,and improving the supervision mechanism,so as to reduce the risk of inaccurate analysis results.
